Does your community need public transportation?
Providing your community with efficient transit services is an important part of community building. It improves the quality of life by allowing residents to travel to work, doctor's appointments, grocery stores, and attract businesses that can impact the economy in your area. We offer fixed-route transit and commuter services that can compliment any transportation budget. Our Transit Management division provides services in public transit development, planning, scheduling, and service implementation and management. Using a forward thinking approach we can develop and implement a transportation plan that not only considers all stakeholders but one that is efficient and sustainable.

Work can be stressful enough, so why deal with the rigors of city driving, traffic congestion, tolls, and parking? Take control over your commute and listen to music, read the paper, or just get some sleep.
Improving business performance, turning risk and compliance into opportunities, developing strategies and enhancing value are at the core of what we do for leading organizations.
Transportation planning requires a cooperative effort that fosters involvement by all potential users of the system. We aim to develop transportation improvement programs and long-range plans for non-metropolitan areas.

My background in accounting and transportation has allowed me to meet some great people. The best part of my day is when I get to interact with people from all walks of life. I enjoy talking to the people we work with as much as possible because it helps to build a lasting relationship. I welcome all feedback, good or bad, because I know it is important to listen to the people you serve. If they care enough to talk to us about how we can be better, you know they care about our success as well. This kind of effective communication creates a partnership wherein the client looks to us as part of their team, integral to their success and happiness. They communicate openly about their strategic goals for their goal future and see us as part of the plan to achieve those goals.
The Commuter Connector Xpress is a well-balanced transit solutions provider. Our strengths are derived from our proven ability to leverage our most valuable assets — our people, our use of the latest transportation technology, our capabilities, and our unrelenting focus on creating valued public transportation for the stakeholders.
Our constant desire to improve our services will change some of the things we do as an organization, we will always continue to exercise ethical business practices, maintain a respect for each community stakeholder and while providing quality transit services in ways that earn us the trust of those whom we encounter.
Our organization operates under four key principles:
Competence. We want a high intellect, and particularly in jobs that need experience and skill, someone with all the proficiency possible.
Confidence. Someone can be the smartest person in the world, but if they lack confidence, they won’t project themselves well and they won’t be as effective in their work. By hiring people who are confident and competent, we maintain an organization where everyone is a good communicator and has high intellect. We don’t have a single employee that we wouldn’t put in front of a customer.
Passion. We look for people who like to be on a winning team who enjoy building together. At Commuter Connector Xpress we fist bump, we high five—we have a very energetic staff and work environment. We promote that by sponsoring community activities to engage the people we work with.
Humility. This is the secret to our success. A lot of people who have the above three characteristics tend to be fairly successful—confidence without arrogance. People with humility know they don’t know everything and constantly have a quest for knowledge. We expect our team to be humble, by leading by example and never ask for the impossible. We support each other with resources and manpower, and in crunch time, pitch in with the work load. Listen more than you speak, and actively encourage our team members to voice their ideas. Then, delegate task, authority, and responsibility to them.
